Our regular office hours as Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

At the Institute of Regenerative Sports Medicine, we accept most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company or you may contact our office to find out if we accept your plan. Please call (954) 580-4080for either the Fort Lauderdale office or for the Margate office.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Doctors at the Institute of Regenerative Sports Medicine have hospital or surgery center affiliations with:

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of the Institute of Regenerative Sports Medicine are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by calling us at (954) 451-3000 for either the Fort Lauderdale office or for the Margate office.
Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
